What is your product guarantee?

We promise that our products are free from defects, and if you receive a defective item, we’ll happily refund or exchange it. We’ll cover the cost of returns under this guarantee, providing pre-paid shipping. Just follow the return steps, and once we receive your items, you’ll be notified about your refund or new order. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

After you return your items, you’ll get a notification about your refund, store credit, or new order. Refunds are processed once we receive your returned item(s). Keep in mind, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. U.S. customers can exchange Styles of equal value, but remember to drop off your return right after starting an exchange, as it’s not initiated until the label is scanned.

Items you’re not happy with can be returned within 14 days for a refund. If you’re in the U.S., you can exchange or get store credit up to 60 days from purchase. International customers, unfortunately, can’t directly exchange. We may say no to worn or damaged stuff. Keep in mind, no returns for custom-made, final sale, or non-returnable items.
